“NEW ORGANISATIONAL DESIGN FOR SAAS SUPPLY”

POR-FESR 2014-2020 – Line of intervention 1.2.a.1 – Call DGR 1233/2017.

Description
The project involves the creation of an organisational design consistent with Cybertec’s new production process for the transition from the sale of its CyberPlan software as an on-premise solution to the supply of the software in the cloud to the customer as a web service (so-called Software As A Service).

Objective
The objective is to provide Cybertec with the technological and organizational infrastructures necessary to innovate its process in the cloud version with a view to providing customer companies with a web service.

Results
The cloud solutions that the project will allow to offer in a structured way will allow customer companies to directly access a web platform and to accelerate the adoption of new technologies because they reduce the initial investment costs typical of on-premise software, reduce the costs of managing connected IT activities and facilitate intra and extra-company communication.

“CYBERTEC 4.0”

Project co-financed by the Regional Operational Programme (por) ERDF 2014-2020 “Investments for growth and employment”;
Activity 1.1. a “Support for the purchase of services for technological, strategic, organisational and commercial innovation of companies”;Call 1.1.a.1 approved by DGR n. 1291 of 7 July 2017.

Description
The investment project aims to develop a series of services for organisational innovation aimed at supporting business development by acting on different areas: strategic development (more efficient definition of company strategic development lines), business control (development of a monitoring process of the main projects, promoting a greater project management culture) and finally people assessment & empowerment.

Purpose
The implementation of the project is aimed at obtaining tools to guide their strategic choices efficiently and profitably through a series of indicators and parameters useful to allow senior management to identify the most promising business lines and the correct allocation of human resources and finance on the various projects by monitoring the processes in progress more carefully, reducing inefficiencies and waste.

Results
Increased productivity and scalability of services: we expect to be able to manage company projects more effectively and efficiently by involving the correct number of resources in an organized manner. Increased turnover (which is based on an increase in productivity) but at the same time, a non-proportional increase in costs.
Project duration: 24/07/2018 – 19/10/2019.

Project funding
Expenditure eligible for financing: € 40,000
Contribution granted: € 20,000

“NUMERICAL MODELING OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES THROUGH CLOUD PLATFORMS FOR HIGH COMPUTING”

Thanks to co-financing from the Friuli Venezia Giulia Autonomous Region, under the European Regional Development Fund por ERDF 2014-2020 Action 1.3.a., Cybertec is carrying out a joint project with the partner company Teorema Engineering entitled “Numerical modeling of production processes through cloud platforms for high computing”.

Description
The companies Cybertec s.r.l., an expert in the development of specialist software for the programming of industrial production and in the development of innovative algorithms, and Teorema Engineering s.r.l., a leader in the field of digital transformation, intend to undertake a joint research and development project aimed at the analysis, study and development of a prototype software solution capable of providing a virtual model of production processes in the metalworking field based on Monte Carlo simulations on virtual human-machine interfaces that are completely innovative in the reference sector.

Objective
The funding of the FVG Region offers us the opportunity to grow, to hire people dedicated to Research and Development to innovate our solutions in the ICT field and to be able to respond to the challenges of the 4.0 industrial revolution towards which the market is moving. The development of High Computing platforms in the Cloud will allow us, thanks to their scalability, to process large amounts of data thanks to practically unlimited computing capabilities, which a user can access for a limited time and at low costs.

Results
It is also thanks to this funding from the FVG Region that we will be able to address the most pressing innovation issues in the field of Industry 4.0 and provide an excellent service to our customers’ manufacturing companies that are innovating in the field of Industry 4.0.
